We prioritize the building up and equipping of local church members for the work of the ministry. We believe that every member of every local church is responsible for furtherance of the gospel and the edification of the saints.

We believe that local churches are responsible to identify men and train men in the context of local church ministry, and to send them out from local churches with the goal of starting new local churches.
